Cancellation Policy
◯ Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable. However, if you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to your future appointment.
◯ Payment Policy & Information
Credit Card Payments:
Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments, regardless of how the payment is made. (You can easily avoid this fee by paying via Zelle, Venmo, or cash!)
◯Cancellation Window:
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours):
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
◯ Arrival Time (1-on-1 Salon):
To ensure privacy and allow me to properly prepare between appointments, please do not arrive too early (kindly arrive right at your scheduled time, or no earlier than 5 minutes prior).
◯Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than [15] minutes late may result in shortened service time or a need to reschedule, which will be treated as a late cancellation (50% fee).
◯ No-Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice ("no-show") will be charged 100% of the service fee.
◯Respect for Time:
As my schedule is curated with dedicated time for each client, these policies ensure that we can respect everyone's time and maintain the quality of my services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
